Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from Hong Kong using The Ali express standing shipping service.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Australia- 3 -10 Business Days.

New Zealand- 3 - 10 business Days.

All other countries 15 - 20 Business days.

What if i don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 business days, you are entitled to a full refund.

How do i return an item?

What if the items i receive are defective/incorrect or damaged?

Pease contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. please include your order number, photographs of the items and related references upon receiving your item. We will try our very best to resolves this problem as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. if you paid by credit card you payment will be issued to your bank withing 7-10 business day after receipt of returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank about when your credit will be posted to your account. if you have not seen your credit posted to your account here is what you do: Contact the Bank/ Credit Card company. It may take some time before it is posted to your account.
